Republicans within the Pennsylvania State Senate plan to draft a invoice that may relocate migrants getting into the state on Biden administration-sponsored flights to the president's residence state of Delaware.

State Sen. Mario Scavello, a Republican from Mount Pocono, issued a memo to colleagues asking them to help the forthcoming bill.

In November, DeSantis remarked of the flights showing to land in Jacksonville: "We'll provide buses … I will send them to Delaware and do that."

Scavello's invoice would additionally prohibit state contracts from being issued to any federal contractors working to help within the Biden administration's relocation efforts.

"We also need to look at how much this is costing taxpayers and if Governor [Tom] Wolf and Attorney General [Josh] Shapiro were notified of the flights beforehand."

Josh Shapiro, a Democrat, is the front-runner in that celebration's 2022 gubernatorial major — as Wolf is term-limited.
