Alec Baldwin has handed over his cellphone to authorities, in keeping with officers. 

The cellphone was turned over to authorities in Suffolk County in New York state, the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Workplace confirmed to Daily Post Digital Friday. Investigators will collect proof from the cellphone and switch over the data to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Workplace.

The search warrant for the cellphone was accredited by a Santa Fe County Justice of the Peace decide on Dec. 16. The lead detective on the case served the warrant to Baldwin by way of his legal professional by way of e-mail, and the legal professional acknowledged it, in keeping with the sheriff's division press launch.
